Current

• Building CDRGEN: an LLM that generates a binding CDR3 sequence to any antigen

• Launched Copaid, a non-profit that pays for underserved communities' prescription medication. We use AI to identify pharmacies in the Philadelphia region that serve these communities and partner with them to get people their medicine on time.

Where I've Worked

OCMS-Data Science Intern

• Using AI to build the first fully human nanobody scaffolds and engineering antibodies to display better properties in silico.

Philadelphia Ears, Nose, and Throat - Research Associate

• Built AI for automatic detection of subjective voice characteristics for better patient outcome assessment.

Other stuff I've done/built

• Won 3 bronze medals on Kaggle for various AI competitions hosted by Google, Mayo Clinic, and more.
• Through TKS, I worked with the UN to bridge the digital divide in Cambodia and with the PathCheck Foundation during the pandemic to deploy their contact tracing software in 2 states.
• Built AI that predicts improvement of NBA players with high accuracy
